Decent

This app is great if youre only going to email about 4-5 people. Im trying to find a place to stay for the Olympics which means that Im emailing 30+ people.
There are two features that I really like about this app. I love the map feature where you can see and find apartments based off their location on a map. The second feature I like is the heart/save feature where you can save apartments for quick view. I highly recommend using the heart feature because if you forget to save the apartment it is very tedious to try and re find the apartment.
Improvements:
1. Email system. When I am looking at an email from the owner I would like a link back to the apartment listing page. I would like to be able to sort my emails into folders. Also if I am on the map looking at properties to rent I would like an icon or something to tell me when Ive already emailed an owner. Ive accidentally emailed owners 2-3 times because I forgot I had already emailed them. As of right now I have to discover a location on the map, then go to my inbox and try to compare pictures or try to find house IDs to see if Ive ready emailed them then go back go maps. It was easier for me to create an excel spreadsheet of house IDs that included available/unavailable and quotes than it was to use the app.
2. If Ive put in my dates and location I wish to go why am I seeing unavailable apartments?
