The service at Homeaway is the WORST experience ever. If you have a problem with the house you rented dont count on their call service center. If you are looking for safe places to book your next vacation, look on AirBnb, Tripadvisor or Expedia.

How easy does this rental app work??? So easy and we have used it to search book several properties now. Love it.

This house is almost perfect but needs the following: - fix the dehumidifier. There is one but it doesnt work. - fix the windows. The main floor windows dont close so if it is very windy, cold or raining someone has to go outside and push on the window while another person cranks from the inside. - clean the shower head so that shower pressure is at its optimum. - ensure the key to the front door works. - answer texts/email/phone messages in s more timely manner. - buy a set of sharp knives- kitchen knives, not just steak knives. With these few fixes the house is perfect. Close to the ocean with a private beach, green space, close to Summerside and Wellington, one queen bed and two singles up and one queen down. Large kitchen. Deck and Sunroom with a view of the ocean, everything you want for a holiday. The renters guide is a great resource as well.

This is a great app and does all it says really well. What would make it even better is the choice to change temperature to Celsius to be more meaningful.

This app is very user friendly and straight forward. I love things that simplify my life and streamline tasks like this app does!

Nice app but the sticker shock is unpleasant. Airbnb has less suprises at checkout. You need to consider that.

Its nice to look for places to stay but as a Canadian looking for somewhere to stay in Canada it is ridiculous that I cant see prices in Canadian dollars.

This app is easy to use and makes it a quick click away to book accommodation.

I used the HomeAway app to book a vacation property, however my booking information and contact information was hacked by a malicious third party. We sent $2250 USD but when we followed up on the booking the property manager appeared to change and there was no booking. Not sure exactly where the security breach occurred but we are still out $2250.

We used the vrbo.com website to set up our bookings in Italy. Using this app is very frustrating. All the information appears to be here, but its in Italian. This would not be a problem with most apps because I could cut-and-paste the Italian into Google Translate. But not this app! They disable copying and pasting any text, so to figure out anything, I have to email the owner (a nuisance for them) or type their Italian instructions into a translation program (a nuisance for me). This app is meant to be used globally so they should make the translation process easier. Otherwise, its a disorganized, cluttered interface filled with ads. But its the only option if you use vrbo when travelling.

So slick and easy to use

Really simple and intuitive application. On an Ipad the pictures were clean and crisp. All information is easy to understand and the reviews seem more realistic than all the other sites such as trip-advisor, etc... We just booked a vacation and trusting everything will be as described. So far, the owner of the Condo communicated with us and so did the resort...looking good!! We have our confirmations signed and emailed.

I like the filters, makes searching accurate and simple. Some things are missing; for example: - talking about guests, should have kids option at the start of the searching, not when you send a message to the owner. - Calendar availability should be right there, instead the need to msg the owner - More photos are a MUST
