its just an overall great app. easy to use.

Makes finding a place easy. I love being able to rate and favorite my selections. Sharing them with other family members makes it easy for us to decide where we want to spend our vacation. This is an easy-to-use great app

Trying to book a place, the app has my lengthy deposit, but the owners wont respond. Stuck in limbo.

Reliable and easy to use for searches, messaging, booking, payments. The only thing I noticed is that if I visit the site on a computer and save a favorite, it doesnt save to the favorites in the app but other than that its great!

Totally love the the app and website. Has everything you need to book a vacation. We use it every year to book our family vacations year round. Its never failed us yet. I love the convenience that you have to contact the owner if you have any questions. Transaction wise is great too! Totally safe and convenient. Totally deserves the 5 stars if not more.

Great search capabilities easy to use

The units offered in the Hilton are excellent, including top notch maid service and access to pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Beach is terrific. Rooms are very quiet. Endless hot water for a powerful shower and in-room Jacuzzi. Plenty of towels and top of the line linens. Kitchenette has small refrigerator, cook top, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Located near many restaurants. Rental car is not absolutely necessary as bus, trolley, taxis, etc are handy on the street out front. Rate is fair and reasonable.

We have used this app to book our family vacation. I love that we can find all the information we need right on the listing including local attractions. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We never book a hotel room as long as home away has a good option nearby.

I love this app. They have the best selection of homes of any than any website Ive searched.

I messaged at least 3 owners with no reply. When I tried to book 2 places the owners replied that they would be using the house during that time. You would think there would be a way they could block it out and save me some time. I spent hours searching, messaging and calling. It was a very frustrating experience. I will not be using it again anytime soon.
