These app tends to list a bit more upscale properties than others & provides anyone planning to move into a new area with an excellent opportunity to test the waters before you dropping anchor. My wife & I also use the app to find secluded weekend getaways where our large dogs can roam freely off the leash; any bloodhound worth their salt will tell you thats the most priceless amenity of them all!

This app is great if youre only going to email about 4-5 people. Im trying to find a place to stay for the Olympics which means that Im emailing 30+ people. There are two features that I really like about this app. I love the map feature where you can see and find apartments based off their location on a map. The second feature I like is the heart/save feature where you can save apartments for quick view. I highly recommend using the heart feature because if you forget to save the apartment it is very tedious to try and re find the apartment. Improvements: 1. Email system. When I am looking at an email from the owner I would like a link back to the apartment listing page. I would like to be able to sort my emails into folders. Also if I am on the map looking at properties to rent I would like an icon or something to tell me when Ive already emailed an owner. Ive accidentally emailed owners 2-3 times because I forgot I had already emailed them. As of right now I have to discover a location on the map, then go to my inbox and try to compare pictures or try to find house IDs to see if Ive ready emailed them then go back go maps. It was easier for me to create an excel spreadsheet of house IDs that included available/unavailable and quotes than it was to use the app. 2. If Ive put in my dates and location I wish to go why am I seeing unavailable apartments?

Im loving this app cause I was so tired of staying in hotels! This app gives you options to book homes! I dont like hotels cause its not like a home! Lobbys, elevators, long hallways etc! But the most annoying thing about hotels or that you could hear the strangers through the wall if there talking louder than normal!! Dont matter how upscale the hotels or its still units joined together!! Yall get my point!

The option of renting a home is amazing for us and our family. With there being 6 of us most hotels dont want to accommodate us without putting us in some huge suite that cost way too much! With that being said I think some additional filter options would be nice. We love swimming so adding a private pool filter would be great. Right now when you select pool both private and community pools pop up. I awesome think the owners fee page should be identical for everyone. Even if theres no info for the question. Too many houses dont have fees written down. Cleaning fees, refundable fee, or not refundable. Ive sent out too many "contact owner" questions with no response and their place was perfect just wanting to know the total cost before booking.
